Danielle Hernandez

Danielle Hernandez is the Director of McAlister Auditorium at Furman University located in Greenville, SC and Outreach Director for the Event Safety Alliance. Danielle believes that safety should be baked into the entire event production process so audiences can focus on their experience. At Furman, she is responsible for providing a safe environment for performers and patrons ranging in age from young children to senior citizens. Knowing her audience, Danielle rewards good safety choices with chocolate and enthusiasm. Danielle also leads the group creating an ANSI standard for Communications at live event productions. When she is not backstage, Danielle Hernandez likes to hang out at home or go kayaking in the gorgeous lakes in the upstate of South Carolina.
