CANCELED: 2025 Event Safety Summit

The Board of Directors of the Event Safety Alliance has made the difficult decision to cancel ESA’s 2025 Event Safety Summit, including its pre-conference training courses. The current economic uncertainty in the United States has tightened employer travel budgets and depressed conference registration. Under these circumstances, trying to do business as usual would be an irresponsible financial risk for ESA.

To those who have already registered, we share your disappointment. We were looking forward to seeing everyone, too! We will soon communicate directly regarding your registration refund. Fortunately, there remain many ways to engage year-round with ESA and its important safety mission.

Here’s a few ways you can get involved now:

  • Join ESA’s thought-provoking presenters at our safety roadshow presentations at conferences throughout North America, such as the Event Safety Alliance Canada conference in Toronto, October 20-22, with its favorable exchange rate and a Partner Association discount for ESA members.

  • Listen to our Event Safety Podcast for deep dives into safety issues and conversations with industry leaders.

  • Attend our monthly Member Meetups to build your own network of industry friends and colleagues.

Progress is rarely linear. This change in Summit plans will not deter ESA from continually developing new ways to advocate for safe practices in every corner of our event industry community. We look forward to advancing the mission with you. More to come. See you soon.
