Now accepting session proposals for the 2023 Event Safety Summit
Calling all safety nerds! Event Safety Alliance is now accepting session proposals for the 2023 Event Safety Summit, taking place November 7-9, 2023.
The Event Safety Summit is the industry’s preeminent conference and networking opportunity focused exclusively on live event safety. The Summit brings hundreds of thought leaders from all segments of the industry together for three days of presentations, workshops, and social activities.
Don’t worry if you’re not a “professional” presenter - if you have ideas or insights on any aspect of live event safety that you feel will educate and inspire your colleagues, we want to hear from you.

Submission Information
The Event Safety Summit is highly curated to reflect the mission and objectives of the Event Safety Alliance. While we do our best to provide a platform for all perspectives (even contrary ones), sessions topics or positions that diverge significantly from the organization's mission may not be considered as-is.
ESA values the professional expertise of our presenters and strives to respect their time and workload. However, due to the curated nature of the ESS program presenters will be asked to provide occasional updates on the development of their session and to be open to suggestions for refining their presentation/workshop.
Event Safety Summit sessions are non-commercial. While we understand everyone needs to make a living, sessions should not be used to promote a specific product or service.
Presenters will receive complimentary in-person registration to the Event Safety Summit. Additional expenses may be covered based on need and will be discussed at time of acceptance.
